Established in 1965, ISKL (International School of Kuala Lumpur) is Malaysia's first fully accredited international school and a non-profit, parent-led private institution with over 1,600 students from more than 60 countries. As the first school in Malaysia to introduce the IB Diploma Programme, it boasts an impressive track record of admissions to prestigious universities worldwide. The 2018 graduating class secured scholarships totaling over $3.9 million USD. Admissions

Entrance exam
Admission decisions may be based on a review of application documents, or additional testing may be conducted. Test content includes readiness assessments for Prep Reception / Prep Junior / Prep Senior, screening in mathematics, reading, writing, and EAL (English as an Additional Language), or interviews with the admissions team. Following acceptance, placement tests are administered as needed to ensure appropriate class placement in specific areas such as foreign languages and mathematics levels.
